A company’s value chain can also be viewed from the perspective of working capital management. To optimise liquidity and capital tied up in a sustainable manner, it is important not only to examine finance-related processes, but also to consider the treasury function as a unifying element within the overall context.

In the first part of our one-hour online event, we will use a specific company example to illustrate how a business can systematically set up and effectively integrate the key process areas of Purchase-to-Pay, Forecast-to-Fulfill and Order-to-Cash.

In the second part, we take a look at new tools and the ongoing digitalisation of working capital management. The main focus here is on the new opportunities this opens up for the treasury department to better manage payment terms, liquidity and capital tied up in operations, and to provide targeted support for existing processes.
