Andreas van Koeverden CCM, President of the Bundesverband Credit Management e.V., discusses the topic of processes within the framework of the association’s minimum requirements for credit management. Monika Stadler CCM, who is responsible for credit management at Wacker Chemie, reports on how the chemicals group has redesigned and restructured its processes following the abolition of trade credit insurance in 2023. The session will be moderated by Torsten Bohn, a member of the VDT’s Risk Management Committee.
