This online event describes the processes and framework conditions that must be fulfilled in order to protect companies from bad debts and payment delays.

Andreas van Koeverden CCM, President of the Bundesverband Credit Management e.V., explains the topic of processes as part of the association's minimum requirements for credit management. Monika Stadler CCM, who is responsible for credit management at Wacker Chemie, will report on how the chemical company has reorganised and restructured its processes following the abolition of trade credit insurance in 2023. Torsten Bohn, member of the VDT Risk Management department, will moderate the event.
