This episode is all about the VDT Treasury® Mentoring Programme for Young Professionals: a free programme that focuses on individual support, knowledge transfer and exchange within the treasury community in Germany.

The focus is on the tandem of mentee and mentor, who organise the exchange in a free and practical way - with the aim of promoting both professional and personal development and at the same time building a strong network beyond company boundaries.
