The VDT provides efficient and up-to-date knowledge dissemination. Through various formats, such as Newsletters, Online events, Podcasts, Best practice guidelines, Guides, Comments or Position papers Members are kept up to date at all times on the latest trends and challenges in treasury.

Another key aspect is the practical training offered as part of the continuing professional development programme. Members have the opportunity to enrol in established training programmes, such as the VDT Basisqualifizierung Treasury®, the Certified Corporate Treasurer VDT® and others seminarsto take part.

The VDT is committed to representing its members’ views in regulatory and political decision-making. Members’ views are heard through direct discussions, surveys and studies, which the association then communicates, for example, by participating in consultations. Members can also raise issues for internal discussion within the association – either in person or online.
