Membership of the German association of Corporate Treasurer (VDT) provides access to a high-performing treasury network with extensive networking opportunities. By attending Conferences, Regional meeting and others Event formats, whether online or in person, members expand their personal contacts and benefit from a strong network of experts.

The VDT provides efficient and up-to-date knowledge dissemination. Through various formats, such as Newsletters, Online events, Podcasts, Best practice guidance, Guides, Statements or Position papers Members are kept informed at all times about trends and challenges in treasury management.

Another important aspect is the practical training offered as part of the continuing professional development programme. Members have the opportunity to enrol in established training programmes, such as the VDT Basisqualifizierung Treasury®, the Certified Corporate Treasurer VDT® and others Seminars, to take part.

The VDT is committed to representing its members’ views in regulatory and political decision-making. Members’ views are heard through direct discussions, surveys and studies, which the association then communicates, for example, by taking part in consultations. In addition, members can raise issues for discussion within the association – either in person or online.
