An external rating can be a key factor in making full use of all financing instruments in the credit and capital markets, thereby giving companies greater financial flexibility. Following the VDT online event ‘External Ratings – Curse or Blessing?’ in spring 2024, which covered the basics of external ratings, this online event will focus on the relevance and implications of external ratings for common financing instruments. Practical examples will be used to test the theory against reality. Experts from LBBW, Mr Martin Amann (Managing Director, Head of Rating Advisory) and Mr Marcus Offenhuber (Managing Director, Head of DCM & Securitisation), will share their insights from both theory and practice.

You can find the presentation materials for this online event here in the library.
