As part of this VDT online event, Shahab Smousavi from the Otto Group provided valuable insights into how securitisation can be successfully used as a tool for working capital financing. Dr Dirk Dunker from the receivables securitisation team at DZ BANK AG presented the banking perspective on this topic. Jan-Peter Hülbert from True Sale International GmbH complemented these presentations with a brief overview of market developments and subsequently put the current political debate into context. The session was moderated by Verena Westrup-Alfermann, a member of the VDT’s Risk Management committee.
