The Association of German Treasurers has set up the "Digitalisation of documentary foreign trade processing" (DokAHA) working groupto drive forward the digital transformation in the area of trade finance.

Due to the slow pace of digitalisation and low efficiency gains in this area, there is a great need for action. Important legal developments such as the UN-initiated "Model Law on Electronic Transferable Records" (MLETR) and the UK's "Electronic Trade Documents Act" are now creating the legal basis for digital processes.

In this online event, the DokAHA Corporate Treasurer working group will provide information on the potential of digitalisation. Companies will also report on their practical experiences.
