Virtual accounts have established themselves as an effective tool in many treasury organisations - but the initial motives and implementation paths differ significantly. This online event will focus on three specific practical examples from Siemens, Bayer and Autoneum that show how these companies have successfully introduced and utilised virtual accounts with different objectives.

The speakers will report first-hand on their respective project approaches: from the original motivation to implementation and the results achieved. Both quantitative effects, such as efficiency, transparency or costs, as well as qualitative added value will be highlighted. In addition, the speakers will provide insights into lessons learnt, new ideas and an outlook on the further development of virtual accounts in day-to-day treasury operations.

The event is part of the VDT series on virtual accounts. Previous episodes of the series are available in the VDT media centre available. However, they are not necessary for understanding this event.

The presentation documents for this online event can be found here in the library.

We would like to thank all those involved for the successful realisation of the events and the participants for their positive feedback.
