If a contractually insured → Risk realised, both contracting parties, the → Insurer as well as the → Policyholderrights and obligations. These arise, among other things, from the Insurance Contract Act. As soon as the → Policyholder If the insured person reports a loss to the insurance company and thus asserts a claim for compensation, he is obliged to provide full evidence of this loss.
