If a person covered by a contract of insurance → Risk has been implemented, both contracting parties, the → Insurer as well as the → policyholder, rights and obligations. These arise, amongst other things, from the Insurance Contracts Act. As soon as the → policyholder If a person reports a claim to the insurance company and thereby seeks compensation, they are obliged to provide verifiable evidence of the full extent of the loss.
