The General Terms and Conditions of Insurance (GCI) govern the contractual rights and obligations of the → policyholder and the → insurer. In addition, the General Terms and Conditions of Insurance specify the type and scope of the → Insurance cover which is further defined by → Special Insurance conditions (BVB) and → Clauses can be specified and extended.
