Corporate Expert Treasurer – CET
The importance of treasury is steadily growing within the corporate world. As financial markets become increasingly complex, the professional demands placed on treasury staff are rising. Our seminars enable you to complement your professional experience with systematic further training.
The VDT seminars can be taken independently of one another. This gives participants the opportunity to explore individual subject areas in greater depth, develop specific skills, or undertake further training in a flexible and needs-based manner.
In addition, there is the option of obtaining a certificate (Corporate Expert Treasurer – CET) by combining several seminars.
To achieve this, a total of ten seminar days must be completed, with individual seminars lasting between one and four days, depending on the module. All required modules must be completed within three years to ensure the qualification is consistent in terms of content. The certificate is awarded upon successful completion.

To ensure long-term maintenance of the qualification, a refresher course is also scheduled every two years to ensure that the knowledge acquired remains up to date. This refresher course can be undertaken by attending a VDT symposium.
Furthermore, participants in the CET Certificate Programme can choose a specialist focus. If at least 40 per cent of the seminar days attended (four days) are devoted to a specific subject area, this focus is highlighted separately on the certificate, thereby highlighting the participant’s individual profile. It is also possible to specify two specialisations, provided that four days can be allocated to each subject area.
