VDT Treasury® Mentoring

The mentoring programme for young professionals

Participation in the mentoring programme is free of charge.

The VDT stands for networking, knowledge transfer, qualification and representation of interests for the treasury community in Germany! The VDT Treasury® Mentoring serves to promote the individual development of young professionals* and can be freely and independently organised by the tandem of mentee and mentor. With this programme, we promote professional and personal development at the same time. Mentees also have the opportunity to expand their network outside their own company. In line with the VDT's mission statement "by treasurers for treasurers", the programme focuses on the exchange of experience on technical aspects of treasury between young professionals and experienced mentors from the senior level of the treasury environment.

We are convinced that the promotion and development of specialists plays a key role in the long-term success of the company. For this reason, we have launched a mentoring programme aimed at supporting young professionals to realise their full potential.

Take advantage of this valuable opportunity to benefit from the exchange of expertise, best practices and personal experiences.

Our mentoring programme offers a valuable opportunity to benefit from the experience and knowledge of experienced treasury colleagues. It encourages the exchange of expertise, best practices and personal insights to promote individual growth and professional development.

Participation is free of charge and is open to mentees regardless of their employer.

*Persons up to the age of 35 years
