Transport insurance insures means of transport and goods. It also insures the contractual or statutory liability of the various modes of transport. Depending on the type of interest to be insured, a distinction is made between goods or cargo insurance, comprehensive insurance, transport liability insurance and a large number of special classes. The special classes include, for example, exhibition and art insurance or travel insurance.
