Mizuho Bank Europe N.V. ("MBE") was founded in 1974 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mizuho Bank, Ltd., which in turn is wholly owned by Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. In addition to its headquarters in Amsterdam, MBE also has branches in Frankfurt am Main, Paris and Madrid. The bank employs a total of more than 300 full-time staff at these four locations.

MBE offers companies and institutional clients throughout the European Union a comprehensive portfolio of corporate and investment banking services.
