Mizuho Bank Europe N.V. (“MBE”) was founded in 1974 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mizuho Bank, Ltd., which in turn is wholly owned by Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. In addition to its head office in Amsterdam, MBE has further branches in Frankfurt am Main, Paris and Madrid. Across these four locations, the bank employs a total of more than 300 full-time staff.

MBE offers companies and institutional clients throughout the European Union a comprehensive range of corporate and investment banking services.
