Welcome to a new episode of Treasury Talk – the podcast by treasurers, for treasurers. This episode is all about the VDT Treasury® Mentoring Programme for young professionals: a free programme that focuses on individual support, knowledge sharing and networking within the treasury community in Germany.
The focus is on the mentor-mentee partnership, which fosters an open and practical exchange – with the aim of promoting both professional and personal development, whilst building a strong network that extends beyond company boundaries. Host Petra Sommerfeld welcomes her guests, Annette Gilles and Fabio Bär, and explores their very personal perspectives: from the viewpoint of a mentee and a mentor – both of whom have already successfully completed the programme.
