The number of deepfake attacks is skyrocketing – are you prepared?

The world is changing rapidly, and geopolitical developments are bringing new challenges and risks. Acts of sabotage, such as attacks on critical infrastructure and targeted disinformation in the media, are on the rise. At the same time, the threat posed by cyberattacks – such as deepfake manipulation and ransomware attacks – is growing, with these already causing billions in damage.

How can businesses prepare for these threats?

  • What is the current threat assessment?
  • What risks are there, and how do they affect business performance?
  • What role does the use of artificial intelligence play in this context?

The Fraud Prevention Working Group of the VDT’s Cash & Liquidity division will provide answers to these and other questions in this exclusive online event. Together with recognised experts from the Central Cybercrime Contact Point (ZAC) of the Hamburg Police and Cyber Complete, a leading information security company, we will take a look into the shadowy world of cybercrime – and show you how you can protect yourself.

You can find the presentation materials for this online event in the Library.
