Steffen Diel, Head of Treasury at SAP, has almost reached the dozen mark when it comes to M&A deals – at least in terms of larger transactions. In our latest podcast episode, we talk to him about whether handling an M&project can be described as the supreme discipline of treasury, how crucial timing is in such a transaction, and what the dos and don’ts are for treasurers when it comes to M&A financing.
