Dr Martin Diehl heads the analysis of payment transactions and settlement systems at the Deutsche Bundesbank. His work focuses primarily on financial market infrastructures, particularly TARGET2, and the significance of newer technologies (distributed ledger technology) for the financial sector, including issues relating to crypto-tokens and digital central bank money.

Regina Deisemann is a member of the Executive Committee of the Association of German Treasurers and heads the Cash & Liquidity division. At the start of the year, she was appointed to serve on the ECB’s ‘Digital Euro Rulebook Development Group’. A European mirror working group was set up within the VDT e.V. for this purpose.

In her main role, Ms Deisemann is responsible for liquidity management and treasury operations at the Vorwerk Group.

Anja Kristina Kamping heads the Crypto Working Group at VDT e.V. and is an expert in digital currencies. She was involved in the development of the ECB’s ‘Digital Euro Scheme Rulebook’ as part of a workstream. Since the start of the year, she has been working full-time as Senior Corporate Development Manager at OTTO Payments GmbH.
