GEVA Datentechnik GmbH was founded in 1982 by staff from the Department of Computer Science at RWTH Aachen University. The GEVA Group’s latest development is a technical solution for a Request to Pay (RTP) with Instant Payments. GEVA is currently carrying out a pilot project with a federal authority. The agency and its affiliated offices use the GEVA solution within the SAP system to generate the RTP and process incoming Instant Payments. The EBICS channel is used for data transmission.

The GEVA Cloud, powered by IBM, is the solution for institutions and businesses that require software products for payment transactions, banking portals, SWIFT services and EBICS banking systems as Software as a Service (SaaS), together with the relevant operational and regulatory support services.
