Flowzar GmbH was founded in Munich in April 2025 by Andreas Habersetzer and Joe Keller, who combine expertise in financial processes with skills in agent-based AI, scalable cloud architecture and product design for companies.
Flowzar provides AI-supported digital treasury employees who take over treasury processes holistically and execute them independently. The starting point is cash forecasting and liquidity management as the central core capabilities of the "Flow" product, which is gradually being expanded to include further treasury functions.
Human-like thinking is at the centre of Flow. While most AI solutions start from predefined results and integrate intelligence as an additional function, Flowzar takes the opposite approach: we start with thinking and derive the results from it. This difference is fundamental. It does not lead to a more intelligent tool, but to a digital employee.
Based on a cognitive architecture, Flow not only processes data, but also understands relationships, retains context and supports operational financial processes through structured memory, thinking and governance. With capabilities such as deja vu memory, which incorporates existing knowledge from comparable financial environments, and financial intuition, which visualises causes, risks and opportunities, Flow acts like an experienced digital colleague.
By combining a standardised, cross-company treasury database with real-time analytics, decision logic and execution, Flow acts as a system-independent digital colleague. Flow works directly on existing ERP, banking and finance systems without requiring an extensive integration or IT transformation project, while ensuring strict data security within the controlled corporate environment. Flow combines procedural knowledge (how treasury works in principle) with continuously growing, company-specific context (how it actually works in the respective company). Onboarding is therefore not a one-off setup process, but a continuous learning process in which Flow deepens its understanding with every interaction.
Unlike traditional tools, Flow bridges the gap between treasury insight and financial execution. This enables real-time, accurate and action-orientated liquidity management across complex, multi-level corporate structures. Finance teams can move from reactive, manual processes to proactive, autonomous treasury operations – freeing up committed capital, reducing operational overheads and sustainably increasing capital efficiency.
Not a tool. Not a bot. One employee.
