Management Accounting for Treasurers – How Management Accounting and Treasury Can Succeed Together

Management accounting is primarily used to support management. In order to apply management accounting professionally and effectively within a company, a sound and broad foundation of knowledge is required.

In our seminar, you will learn about the fundamentals, objectives and functions of management accounting, as well as how it interacts with management and its limitations. A practical focus plays a major role in this. The tools and methods of management accounting are demonstrated using real-world examples. These range from cost, revenue and activity-based accounting, through variance analysis and planning calculations, to the evaluation of investment projects. External reporting, liquidity and cost controlling, and risk management round off the seminar. In addition, the topics of value-based corporate management, day-to-day operations and strategic controlling are discussed in detail, and the necessary knowledge in these areas is imparted.
