Manager*, Treasury (Full-Time or Part-Time)

 

 

Your Core Responsibilities

 

  • Cash Management:

– Daily disposition of cash pools, administration of bank payment solutions, knowledge about payment formats in various countries

– Experience in and support of SAP FI/ TMS interface, payment formats & channels

  • Reporting of financial status, hedging positions
  • Monitoring counterparty risk banks
  • Asset Management
  • Intercompany Financing
  • Good knowledge of Coupa (TM5), cash management and cash planning modules
  • Guarantee Management
  • FX Management
  • Business partnering with subsidiaries
  • Communication with banks & counterparties incl. account opening and administration, KYC
  • Closing (M/Q/Y-end) activities & reporting

 

Additional Responsibilities within the Team:

 

  • Lead & contribution to Treasury Projects (global and local)
  • Process optimization in Treasury & cross functional
  • Understanding of controlling & accounting processes and planning is a plus

 

Your personality is important to us!
We would like to see the following personal skill set and working attitude:

 

  • Academic degree in economics or completed apprenticeship in a bank with advanced education to e.g. “Bankfachwirt”/ bank manager
  • 2 – 3 years of treasury experience in an international corporate
  • Excellent communication skills: fluent in English and German
  • Solid understanding of functional interrelation between Accounting, Controlling and Treasury
  • Knowledge of the following standards tools is key: Coupa (TM5), SAP FI & Data Warehouse (BW), Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of controlling & accounting processes and planning is a plus
  • IT affinity
  • Self-driven, structured, flexible, proactive
  • Team-minded
