Teamlead Treasury (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Professional and disciplinary management of the treasury team
• Responsibility for the strategic orientation, further development and management of 6 full-time employees
• Further development of the entire treasury area to make it qualitatively and quantitatively measurable
• Process optimization, process automation and digitalization
• Responsibility for account management, payment transactions, cash pooling, cash management, currency hedging and internal financing
• Contact person for banks and group companies

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience in international finance (treasury / corporate finance)
• Experience in staff management
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Affinity for IT topics and good general IT knowledge especially regarding treasury management and market information systems
• Strategic and operative hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English skills
